Work With Us
Open roles, internships, and collaborations.
We hire across three places: the CA firm, Teknosage, and The Boardroom. The hiring bar is high. The work is real. The team is small enough that what you do matters every week.
A few things to know before you apply.
We move slowly, on purpose. A typical hiring conversation is a written application, a short call, a paid trial project, and an in-person conversation if you're not in Raipur already. We'd rather take six weeks and get this right than two weeks and get it wrong.
The principal is in the hiring loop. Whether it's a junior CA hire or a Teknosage role, I'm part of every hiring decision. Expect a real conversation, not a templated screen.
We hire for taste and trajectory, not just résumé. We've hired people who weren't the most credentialed person in the application pool, and we've passed on people who were. What we're looking for is sharp thinking, good judgement, and the willingness to do unglamorous work well.
Compensation is honest. We don't lowball, we don't oversell. The offer matches the role, the experience, and what the work is worth.
Roles open right now.
Nothing actively open at this exact moment.
But we're always interested in unusually good people. If you'd be a fit for one of the categories below, send a short note and your work. We'll keep it on file and reach out when something opens.
hi@cakarangupta.comEven when nothing's listed, these are the kinds of people we look for.
At the CA firm
- • Audit and assurance associates (CA, semi-qualified, articleship)
- • GST and indirect tax specialists
- • Tax and advisory associates
At Teknosage
- • Product engineers (full-stack, with bias toward shipping)
- • AI / ML practitioners with applied focus
- • Designers comfortable with finance and B2B SaaS
- • Customer success / onboarding leads
At The Boardroom
- • Cohort facilitators and TAs
- • Operations and event leads
- • Content and marketing collaborators
Internships and articleship.
We take CA articleship students at the firm. We take design and engineering interns at Teknosage. We take operations and content interns at The Boardroom.
If you're a student looking for an internship, send a short note about who you are, what you've built or worked on, and which of the three places you'd want to be in. The application doesn't need to be polished. It needs to be honest.
Send a noteProject-based collaborations.
We sometimes work with freelancers, advisors, and project-based collaborators: design partners, lawyers, GTM consultants, technical specialists. If you'd be a fit and want to be in our network of people we call when relevant work comes up, write in with what you do and three pieces of work that show how you do it.
Reach outA small team is a privilege and a responsibility. We try to treat every hire, and every "not right now," with the same respect. If you've sent us something and haven't heard back in two weeks, follow up. We read everything; sometimes things just slip.
