I run a CA firm in Raipur. We work with small and mid-sized businesses across Chhattisgarh and India on the things that actually matter: GST, audit, tax planning, advisory, and increasingly, AI-augmented finance workflows. The kind of clients I take on.
We're a small firm by design. Two of us, full-time, plus careful project-based help when needed. That keeps us honest and keeps the standard high.

- Owner-led SMBs in manufacturing, retail, services, and trading, where the founder is still close to the numbers and wants a CA who'll actually call back.
- Growing businesses crossing GST and audit thresholds, where what worked when you were ₹40 lakh in revenue is now becoming the thing that breaks at ₹4 crore.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 city businesses: Chhattisgarh, central India, and increasingly clients who reach us from elsewhere because we engage seriously and respond on time.

What we do.
GST
Registration, monthly and annual returns, reconciliations, notices and assessments, refund claims, GST audit, advisory on classification and ITC. We file. We respond. We follow up.
Audit
Statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, special-purpose audits. We bring an actual point of view, not a templated checklist. Engagements are scoped honestly, deliverables are timed, and the audit closes on time.
Tax & Advisory
Income tax planning, return filing, tax audit, advisory on transactions, restructuring, and capital flows. Where the tax answer depends on the business answer, we work it out together.
AI-augmented finance
A growing part of our practice. We've built and used AI workflows for client engagements across oil refining, waste management, alternate fuels, and jewelry retail. If your finance team is curious about what AI can actually do (and not do) for the work you already have, we're a useful firm to talk to.
What working with us actually looks like.
Discovery call (30 minutes, free)
A short call where you tell me what you're working on, what's broken or unclear, and what you'd like the next year to look like. I tell you whether we're the right firm and, if not, who might be.
Engagement scope and quote
If we're a fit, I send a written scope: what we'll do, what you'll need to provide, what it costs, and what the timeline looks like. No verbal-only engagements. No surprises.
We start, we communicate, we close
Most engagements move on a monthly rhythm. You'll have a single point of contact (usually me or my associate). We don't disappear after onboarding. We don't surface only at year-end.

The principal does the work.
Not the marketing. The work. If your engagement is meaningful, I'll be on it personally. If it's something my team can do better and faster, I'll tell you.
We've shipped software for finance teams.
That changes how we think about your processes. We see automation opportunities other firms miss, and we're careful about the ones that look good in slides but break in practice.
We're based in Raipur, by choice.
We work with metro clients regularly, but we run from a Tier-2 city, which keeps overhead honest and lets us price thoughtfully. You're paying for work, not a Lower Parel address.

The CA profession in India is at a strange moment. Compliance is becoming more demanding. Clients want more strategic counsel. Software is changing how the work gets done. And a generation of Tier-2 firms is being told, implicitly, that we should imitate metro practices to stay relevant.
I disagree.
The firm I'm building is intentionally small, intentionally local, and intentionally serious. We work hard on a manageable number of engagements, we say no to the ones that aren't a fit, and we put real thought into every piece of work we send out. FAQ
Are you taking new clients right now?
Usually, yes, but selectively. The discovery call is partly so we can both decide if it's a fit.
Do you work with clients outside Chhattisgarh?
Yes. A meaningful share of our clients are in other states, and the work happens over a mix of remote calls and occasional travel.
What does a typical engagement cost?
It depends on scope. Smaller GST or compliance engagements start in the low five figures annually. Audit, advisory, and complex engagements are scoped individually. We send a written quote before any commitment.
Can you replace my current CA?
Sometimes. Sometimes the better answer is staying with your current firm and bringing us in for specific work. The discovery call is the place to figure that out.
Will I work with you directly, or with a team?
Both. I'm personally involved in every engagement. The day-to-day rhythm depends on what we're doing.
