Buying property? Find which form you file — 26QB or the new Form 141 — how much TDS to deduct, the due date, and your late fee and interest if you missed it.

Six questions, one answer: your form, your amount, your deadline — and what being late has already cost you.

v3.4 — buying from an NRI without a TAN now shows the Schedule E due date, the Form 132 date and any late fee; the sample's two buyers, agreement date and 50% share no longer stick to your deal; a consultation link and a dated rules line; the late verdict counts days, not interest months.
