ERP implementation for Indian SMEs, led by a chartered accountant
Most ERP projects fail in the chart of accounts, the GST setup, or the week nobody owns. I implement systems because I also close the books. The products sit under Teknosage and Solaris. The method is the same if the business is a trader, a contractor, a restaurant or a retail counter.
How an implementation runs
- Discovery. What the business actually does, where the numbers live today, and which reports the owner uses.
- Process mapping. Order to cash, purchase to pay, payroll, inventory. Drawn with the people who do the work.
- Accounting design. Chart of accounts, tax ledgers, cost centres and the controls a CA would expect at year end.
- GST, e-invoice and e-way bill. Registration, document series, HSN, and the points where the ERP must match the return.
- Data migration. Opening trial balance, parties, items and open documents. Mapped, not pasted.
- UAT and training. The owner and the accountant run a real month before go-live.
- Go-live and hypercare. Cut-over, the first returns, and a named person to call when a voucher will not post.

- Orion — Banking and finance workflows in the Solaris suite.
- Mercury — Practice and clinic operations.
- Solo Billing — Billing for a smaller practice or counter.
- RetailOS — Retail operations inside the same suite.
- Venus — Personal finance, kept separate from the business books.

Work already on the record
Engagements have included oil refining, jewellery retail, alternate fuels and waste management. I do not publish figures that the client has not cleared.
Questions
Do you only implement your own software?
The Solaris modules are what I build. I will also tell you if Tally, ERPNext or Zoho is the right fit. I do not pretend to implement a product I have not worked on.
Is this the product website?

Where are you based?
Raipur. The work is for Indian SMEs, including businesses outside Chhattisgarh when the engagement is remote.
